Refund Policy

All viewings with QDP are complimentary and require no upfront payment.

Reservation deposits are paid directly to the owner once an offer is accepted. They are governed by the signed reservation agreement and refundable only if the transaction cannot close due to reasons attributable to the owner.

Prepaid advisory services are 100% refundable within 7 days of payment provided work has not started. Once work begins, refunds are prorated for the unused portion.

Property management agreements may be terminated with 30 days' written notice. Fees paid for the unused period are refunded.

Email finance@qdp.qa with your transaction reference. Requests are processed within 7–14 business days.

Government fees, taxes and registration charges are non-refundable under Qatari regulations.
