Delete your QDP account and data

1. In the QDP app, sign in, open Profile, and choose Request account deletion. This authenticated route is the fastest way to confirm account ownership.
2. If you cannot sign in, use the QDP contact form and select Account and data deletion. Include only your full name and the email address associated with the account. You may also include the associated phone number if available.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, bank information, or identity documents through an ordinary email or contact message.

Deletion is completed only for the account owner. QDP may ask you to confirm the account email or phone number, respond through a secure verification channel, or complete another proportionate ownership check. If ownership cannot be verified, the request cannot be completed.

• Profile details and account contact information that are no longer required.
• Marketing and follow-up preferences that are not needed for an active service.
• Support messages and attachments that are not required for operations, law, or a dispute.
• Uploaded documents that are no longer needed for a property relationship or QDP obligation.

• Active contracts and tenancy, sale, or property-management records.
• Invoices, receipts, payment history, and required accounting records.
• Maintenance, service, and viewing records connected to an ongoing obligation.
• Security, audit, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legally required records in Qatar.

QDP aims to acknowledge requests within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after ownership is verified. Legal, contractual, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations may require limited records to be retained for longer.

After deletion, access to the QDP app and related account services will stop. If an active tenancy or service relationship remains, QDP may arrange another contact channel until the existing obligation is complete.
